Front Desk Coordinator – SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics (Full-Time | No Weekends) ✨

Do you have a passion for working with children and making families feel welcome? SmileWorks Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics is searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the smiling face of our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a warm, fun, and fast-paced environment. If you’re organized, upbeat, and have experience running the front lines of a busy dental practice, we’d love to meet you!
🦷 What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families
- Manage patient check-in/check-out and the flow of the front office
- Schedule and confirm appointments to optimize provider schedules
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and guide patients through treatment logistics
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and gather documentation
- Support the registration and intake process with speed and accuracy
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by following SmileWorks procedures and policies
💼 What You Bring:

Minimum of 3 years of front office experience in a dental practice (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High emotional intelligence and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Proficiency in dental scheduling and insurance verification
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with OpenDental, Dentrix, or other dental practice management software is a plus
- Experience in pediatric or orthodontic offices is a plus
